About the site

Anton Hoelstad

Founder of American Car Classics. Google Ads specialist in Copenhagen. Owner of a green 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback GTA.

The car

I have loved American cars since I was 8. Gone in 60 Seconds was the big influence (along with Dominic's Charger from Fast & Furious), and even though Eleanor from that film is a different car from mine, that is where it started.

Since the summer of 2025 I have had my own, a green 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback GTA. It's built in the style of, and inspired by, the Mustang Steve McQueen drove in the 1968 film Bullitt, although mine is from '67 and his from '68. So when my company needed a name in January 2026, it was not the hardest decision I have made, and that is how Bullitt Ventures got its name.

The work

Day to day I work with Google Ads, which I have done since 2010, through my own company, Bullitt Ventures ApS. Next to that I build my own websites, and this is one of them.

How I make this site

I compile the pages here from the sources listed on each of them, with AI tools helping on the drafts. Every figure is checked against the saved text of its source, or recomputed from it, before a page goes up, and when the sources disagree, the conflict goes on the rulings page instead of being smoothed over. Found a mistake? Write through the contact page.

Elsewhere

Bullitt Ventures takes its name from the 1968 film Bullitt and has no connection with Warner Bros., Ford or the estate of Steve McQueen. Gone in 60 Seconds, Eleanor and Fast & Furious are named here only as the films that started it.
