Production by year
Cars built per model year. The bars are rounded totals without station wagons, except 1969, which by Wikipedia's figure includes the Kingswood wagons. Chevrolet recorded production by series and engine, for all its big cars together, so these are not exact counts. The 1965 bar includes 40,393 sport sedans with the Caprice option; from 1966 the Caprice is a series of its own.
